TERMS & CONDITIONS Only private party classified ads are free. There is a small fee for any ad deemed to be a part time or full time business related ad (including a Daycare). All ads deemed to be a business related ad without authorization will be removed. Maximum allowable words are 50 words per ad (or less). Ad duration is 10 days. A valid working Email address must be included. (a phone number as well is even better but not required). All fields with red * asterisk must be completed with valid information as asked. Using all capital letters in ad heading or ad body will cause ad to be deleted. When possible, group items together in one ad rather than using multiple ads. Duplicated ads while original is still published will cause both ads to be deleted. Poor English/Grammar and incorrect spelling will cause ad to be deleted. Maximum allowable ad picture or image size is 500 X 300 pixels. A workable URL with www address is required to post a picture with ad. (the Penny Pincher can also install pictures with your ad for a small fee) At this time, all ad deletion is done by The Penny Pincher only. (contact Penny Pincher if ad requires deletion before the 10 day publishing duration) Please Note: We are about new, used and wanted buy/sell private party classifieds. Do not post information/complaints as an ad.
